About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing direct behavioral support and intervention to individuals with diverse abilities. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment goals.


Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA to address specific behavioral goals and skill development.
Provide direct one-on-one support and behavior management to individuals during therapy sessions.
Collect accurate and detailed data on targeted behaviors, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to review and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments.
Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Participate in regular team meetings and provide input on individual progress and treatment strategies.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions and activities.


Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Obtain and maintain current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Previous experience working with individuals with diverse abilities preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Must pass a criminal background check and meet all necessary health requirements.
