About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing direct behavioral support and intervention to individuals with diverse abilities. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment goals.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Obtain and maintain current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

  • Previous experience working with individuals with diverse abilities preferred.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must pass a criminal background check and meet all necessary health requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.

  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

  • Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions.

  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.

  • Assist in the development and review of individualized treatment plans.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
