About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in providing direct behavioral support and intervention to individuals with diverse abilities. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment goals.
Requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Obtain and maintain current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Previous experience working with individuals with diverse abilities preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Must pass a criminal background check and meet all necessary health requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques.
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Assist in the development and review of individualized treatment plans.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
