The Curriculum and Communications Specialist at Honey Bee Therapy is a dynamic role that combines clinical expertise with creative outreach. This position is split between providing direct support as a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and driving the development of educational and communicative materials for our center.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current RBT license.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Experience with social media platforms and basic design tools in Canva is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development:Â Design and refine curricula tailored to individual learner needs, aligning with ABA principles and the goals of Honey Bee Therapy.
Parent Newsletters: Create monthly newsletters that provide valuable insights, updates, and resources to parents, ensuring they are informed and engaged with their child’s progress and the center’s activities.
Social Media Management:Â Develop and schedule engaging social media content that reflects the mission and values of Honey Bee Therapy, highlighting milestones, events, and educational tips for the broader community.
Center Calendar and Crafts: Curate and manage the center’s calendar, including planning and organizing seasonal crafts and activities that support therapeutic goals and enhance the learning environment.
